Master Your Future, Master a Culture: Apicius International School of Hospitality and Endicott College team up to offer an exciting US recognized master degree taught in Florence, Italy

Crises, competition, better career positioning, a new start in life -  why would YOU apply for a master program? In the light of the current world situation where financial systems and governments must piece themselves back together, there is a movement of individuals who are doing something about it. Who are availing themselves of education. Who are investing in the power of education to increase their potential and gain a professional edge in a time of rebuilding where opportunities and initiatives sustaining growth are the solutions for the future. A boom in enrollment to master programs in the US is a clear indication of a changing climate.

Apicius International School of Hospitality poses a deeper question in the midst of the current movements in the academic world. If a master degree can change your future, how will a master in an international setting change your life? To explore the answers to this question, it has joined forces with Endicott College in Beverly, MA, to offer a 1 year Master of Education in the area of Organizational Management with a concentration on International Tourism. This 39 credit, US degree granting program will be held entirely in Florence, Italy with the support of Endicott faculty at the beautifully renovated, historic facilities of Apicius. Master students will face topics issues in the areas of international business practices and management,  communication, organizational strategies, leadership, and tourism in a European destination where such issues are dynamic daily realities. In a culture historically laced with exchange and innovation – just consider the wealth of arts, politics, literature and commerce produced here – program candidates will merge with this unique culture, contribute to it through a (pro)active approach to study, and ultimately change with it. The prospectives gained are an international outlook on the current and future systems of business, organizations, and management; didactic and practical experiences in a European capital of tourism, and most importantly, a refreshing cultural competence gained through real life experiences abroad.
