TUTTO TOSCANA 2011 EVENT BLOG
The students of the Florence-NYC special program in event management have chronicled their experiences as event producers at prestigious NYC locations such as the James Beard Foundation, Macy’s in Herald Square, and Astor Wines & Spirits. Palazzi’s food blog CiboChat followed their day-to-day experiences and project works that involved Italian food and wine sponsors from Tuscany and Liguria, Italian Riviera menu theme, event preparation in Florence, and on-site news from NYC. In the short period of 3 academic weeks in Florence, TuttoToscana students prepared the delivery of the Italian Riviera gastronomic concept to over 250 people from the US public, spread out over 4 separate events.
Discover how TuttoToscana students have successfully exported real Italian flavors to the US food capital. Read about it at Palazzi’s CiboChat blog.
